I’m Erin and I own Vantage Virtual.
My goal is to help busy, overwhelmed business owners feel organized and empowered. It’s my job to support the financial and logistical side of your business so that you can focus on what you do best!
I have over nine years of experience in starting, running, and growing small businesses. I’ve run my own businesses and helped other business owners organize their backend and explode their profits. I have worked with businesses in all fields from nonprofits to automotive and technology to equine management. I pride myself on my exceptional communication, professionalism, and attention to detail, and I always love a new challenge.
I’m a New Hampshire native and a mom to a sassy ‘adrenaline junkie’ toddler.
I have been riding for over 20 years and train and show pleasure horses in my ‘spare’ time.
I love the mountains, the beach, and every outdoor setting in between. Being outside feels like home to me.

He enjoys automating routine tasks, simplifying data, and working collaboratively to find practical solutions. When Dan isn’t working, you’ll find him on his motorcycle or on the ski slopes.

Graphic Designer & Bookkeeper
Megan is a bookkeeper who wears many hats. She provides accounting and administrative support, as well as being the creative mind behind the firm’s graphic design and illustration. She thrives on untangling messy financials or tackling a new clean-up project. Outside of work, she enjoys knitting, eating dessert, and diving into new crafting projects.
Kamiren S.
Bookkeeper
Kamiren is an experienced office manager and administrative professional with several years of supporting financial planners and small local businesses. She is highly skilled in organization and specializes in scheduling, compliance requirements, and maintaining well-organized client files and accounts. Outside of work, she’s a former Army wife of over 10 years, has lived in two countries and four states, and now likes spending her free time reading historical fiction and mysteries or cheering on her three kids (with a fourth on the way!) at games, practices, and playdates.
Skylar H.
Bookkeeper
Skylar is a bookkeeper with a background in film and television production, where she spent eight years managing fast-moving schedules, budgets, and a whole lot of chaos. She brings that same calm, organized energy to the team at Vantage, helping clients to feel supported and confident about their finances. Outside of work, Skylar can usually be found baking, doing yoga, or binging whatever reality show Netflix has come up with this time.
Karen S.
Bookkeeper
Karen brings strong Excel expertise and a sharp eye for clear, effective communication to the team. With a background in technical writing, she excels at organizing and presenting financial information in a way that’s easy to understand. Outside of work, Karen enjoys spending time with her children and grandchild, exploring new places, and embracing new adventures.
Terri E.
Business Manager
With over 20 years of experience in business operations, Terri spent much of her career in healthcare, focusing on daily operations, financial analysis, and human resource functions before joining Vantage. She’s a multitasking pro who juggles competing priorities for clients while ensuring Vantage stays organized and running smoothly. Terri loves untangling financial details and simplifying operations so clients can focus on what matters most. A passionate sports fan who follows the Yankees and Steelers, Terri also enjoys traveling with her husband and 7-year-old daughter and cooking.
